In addition to the lubrication machine, the following inspections and maintenance work must be carried out every week: check the thickness of the non-woven slitter brake disc. Replace them as they wear out. Check that the linear guide of the non-woven slitter is clean and clean if necessary.  

  Check that the non-woven slitter drive belt maintains proper tension. Check the air line of the non-woven slitter for air leakage, clean the air filter, and clean the filter element at least once a month.   Use 1 liter of cleaning solution per week (warm water with low surface tension soap or solvent, wait for the solution to dry faster) and wipe the roller with a lint-free cloth. When the non-woven slitting roller becomes dirty, it can be scrubbed with fine gauze and industrial alcohol, but be careful not to rub the black part with alcohol to avoid rust.  

  Non-woven slitter inspection and maintenance points are basically the same. In addition, if the machine is not used for a long time, the machine must be cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil, and a plastic sleeve must be used. The machine is covered. If the machine is deactivated for more than 3 months, apply a layer of moisture-proof paper to the rust preventive oil.
