Hands to teach you how to operate the slitting machine
- 2019-07-11-

First, the paper cutter must be full or full length of raw material For example, plastic packaging materials, packaging boxes, steel sheets, films, leather, wood chips, etc. are cut. Fixed length cutting control must be used.

Second, the cutting length can be set continuously. If there is an error in the actual cutting length, it can be calibrated by setting parameters.

    3. The slitting control of the paper machine is divided into static slitting and dynamic slitting: setting the length to arrive accurately, then static cutting, and then dividing Re-run after cutting; when the set length arrives, it will not stop the slitting signal, and the dynamic slitting is generated during the movement of the material.

    Structural advantages of the slitter:

In the middle of the paper tube splitter, a spindle for processing the paper tube is installed. The front end of the spindle is fixed to the base by a set of bearings, and a pulley is arranged in the middle of a set of bearings. The compression cylinder is mounted near the base and a set of support rod bearings are mounted on the upper end of the cylinder support rod.

The main cutter shaft is arranged at the upper end of the paper tube splitter, and a plurality of blades are arranged on the main cutter shaft with a certain gap, and a main cutter is also arranged at the top of the paper tube splitter The support frame of the shaft is equipped with a support cylinder in the middle.

The structural advantages of the paper cutting machine fill the technical gap of the automatic pipe cutting machine.

    Operational Requirements

    1. The slitter must slice the entire roll or the entire length of the raw material.

    2. Fixed-length segmentation control is divided into static segmentation and dynamic segmentation.

    3. The most important performance metric for fixed length slicing is the consistency of slice accuracy and finished product length.
